If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want to go somewhere that the sales team isn’t jumping down your throat and calling daily, Gary Moe is the place to shop! We had an amazing experience shopping at Gary Moe, we were able to go in there and tell Greg in sales what were after, he showed us our options gave us information on the vehicles then let us take our time looking and test driving. After spending sometime looking we narrowed our pick down and decided we wanted to wait a day to just go home and talk about it, well time got away from us and 3-4 days later we were back at Gary Moe ready to make a deal. During that time though we were not harassed or chased down, instead they respected us and gave us the time we needed to think about our purchase. It was so nice feeling pressured into buying on that very day and was very much appreciated! Also same goes with their finance team, we had the pleasure of dealing with Tracey and she was wonderful, she informed us of everything regarding financing and warranty and instead of trying to completely upsell us and thousands of dollars of warranty that we may not need or doesn’t fit our budget she simply asked what was important to us and what our budget was and with that information she worked her magic and found us the warranty that fit our needs and our budget. You guys should respect the time for there customerEmily Clarke2024-05-21What originally seemed like a smooth and quick buying experience quickly turned into a horrible one. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and can’t believe the amount of inconvenience and stress this whole experience caused me. 1. First of all I was promised 56k for my trade in, after signing the paperwork I noticed that the trade in amount on the Bill of Sale was listed as 54k, I was then given an excuse that I saved the GST and that’s why it wasn’t listed at 56k … I have spoken to two different finance managers since, neither are able to understand the math behind this statement. Things just don’t add up. 2. Upon leaving the dealership I noticed several rock chips and two small cracks on the windshield. Although I am appreciative that the dealership flipped the bill for a replacement, it was still very time consuming to take a day off work to have it replaced, the vendor they use does not offer any sort of courtesy ride/ vehicle for their clients so I waited around for hours only to find out that they couldn’t install the windshield that day (issues with the new windshield) thankfully they were able to do it at my work a few weeks later. I understand this is out of control of the dealership but I personally believe the windshield should have been replaced before even being sold. 3. I was told I’d receive a call about a second key fob “next week”, I constantly had to check in for nearly 6 weeks before I finally received the fob. Again I understand it takes time to order the fob in and have it programmed but it was still an inconvenience. 4. I was promised 1 year of Sirius XM radio and told that they had to wait until the rep came in to have her do it manually … I bought the vehicle 2 months ago and have yet to receive any updates about this. I was referred to this dealership in a mom group and I can honestly say that I wish I had bought my used Volkswagen Atlas elsewhere.
